Community Payback and the churchyard volunteers made some progress on Tuesday with tackling some of the weeding jobs, and tidying around the Northern Entrance Borders.
The Churchyard volunteer working party dates for the remainder of this month and next are:
- 29th August
- 12th September
- 26th September
Please note 22nd August is now cancelled.
The volunteers’ tasks for these dates will include: seed saving, propagating wildflowers and perennials for next year, bulb planting, tending borders, autumn fabric pumpkin workshop, and churchyard quizzes/helping out with Heritage Day.
